Green Spotted Severum

The Green Spotted Severum is a beautiful and popular South American cichlid known for its golden body, green spotting, and elegant vertical bars. This species is relatively peaceful compared to many other cichlids and makes a great centerpiece fish for medium to large aquariums.

Severums are intelligent and active fish that quickly recognize their owners and become very interactive in the aquarium. They do best in tanks with driftwood, plants, and plenty of swimming space.
