Winemillerii Geophagus
Winemillerii Geophagus is a beautiful and peaceful South American cichlid known for its vibrant orange coloration and elegant horizontal striping. This species is a natural sand sifter, constantly searching through the substrate which makes it very active and interesting to watch in the aquarium.
They are best kept in groups and do well in aquariums with soft sand substrate, where they can display their natural feeding behavior. Compared to many other cichlids, they are relatively peaceful and can be kept with other medium-sized community fish.
